Selection process: Finalists are selected from a statewide media panel in Kansas of over 35 people that work in sports (radio, television, social media, website) across the state in every part of the state along with Chet Kuplen, Conor Nicholl and Bethany Bowman of Sports in Kansas who count the votes and finalize selections. Winners will be announced on the weekend of the 25th-27th.
