Last Friday, Frontenac defeated Galena, 62-38, in a game it led 31-6 in the second quarter. Frontenac opened 3-0 with wins against Riverton (64-28), Baxter Springs (80-21) and Bonner Springs (58-57). Frontenac fell, 42-39, to Louisburg on Dec. 15.
