Below is your patch order form for all of our honors (All-State, Honorable Mention, Top 100 Seniors, Honorable Mention. All-Non Senior, Honorable Mention). You must print the form off and send it in. you will likely be eligible for two patches on this form (example All-4A honorable mention, All-Non Senior Honorable Mention – would be two patches) .Your classification honor released earlier when you emailed and whatever honor you picked up in the link above for non seniors and top 100 seniors – Don’t forget our t-shirt/hoodie info below!
To order all-state shirt/hoodie (all the honors qualify for this shirt/hoodie) – it can only be ordered online and deadline for it is 12/13 -if you want before Christmas – this is also available for your entire family not just the athlete, several have ordered for their entire family.
